Other Facts About Me

One of my biggest stims is music (listening to, dancing to, singing, etc).I am the adult child of a hoarder (mum). I still currently live at home with my mum. Growing up, the house would have been classed as level 2. Now it would be classed as borderline level 2/3. Read here for info on hoarding. Read here for what it's truly like being the child of a hoarder. Also check out this amazing art installation.Me and my mum are each other's carers.I am a rainbow baby 🌈.

Memes I Heavily Relate To

Queer Labels

I experienced a male and female puberty due to being intersex.

Queer Labels/IDs Breakdown

[Any label marked with [*] has a note at the bottom of the page.]

General Terms

  • Queer

Sexuality

  • Bi AroAce
    > Oriented AroAce (Bi-Oriented AroAce)
    -> Bisexual [*]
    -> AroAce (Asexual [*] and Aromantic [*])

Gender and Sex

I experience both transmisogyny and transandrophobia - on top of exorsexism, and intersexism.

Note (Bisexuality): I include any non-sexual and non-romantic bi attractions (like biaesthetic, biplatonic, bisensual, etc) under the bisexual and bisexuality label. I also define my bisexuality as attraction regardless of gender and it includes any and all genders. Please don't ask or tell me to use a different term that also uses this definition.

Note (Asexuality): Asexuality is defined as little to no sexual attraction. As I experience no sexual attraction at all, I use asexual as my main identity surrounding sexual attraction - but I may also use micro labels (such as Aegosexual). My aesthetic and sensual attractions are so strong I used to confuse them for sexual attraction in the past.
I am a Sex-Indifferent Ace.

Note (Aromanticism): Aromanticism is defined as little to no romantic attraction. As I don't think I have ever experienced romantic attraction (and actually stuggle to understand the difference between platonic and romantic attraction), I use aromantic as my main identity surrounding romantic attraction - but I may also use micro labels (such as Aegoromantic and Quoiromantic).
I am a Romance-Averse Aro; I fluctuate between being Romance-Favourable and Romance-Indifferent for fiction and others, but I am Romance-Repulsed for myself.

BYF

Please go to the definitions page for any definitions.

  • No DNI - I just block people who go against my boundaries or make me uncomfortable. I block very lightly. I block people I have never interacted with. I also block people if they post a lot in certain tags and I don't want to see their content.

  • I am fandom old. I have been in fandom since I was 10, around mid-late 2009. This blog is multi-fandom and I am a multi-shipper. I do not care for fandom drama. I follow the three laws of fandom: SALS (ship and let ship), DL;DR (Don't Like; Don't Read), and YKINMKATO (Your Kink Is Not My Kink And That's Okay).

  • Interaction ≠ Endorsement. I may not agree with the opinions of those I like or reblog from.

  • I CANNOT control what my special interests are. Just because you are able to drop your special interests when it is deemed problematic, doesn't mean everyone can. I have complex emotions when I interact with certain SpIns of mine, but no matter how much I try to distance myself, I can't control or stop having them as special interests. Even past SpIns of mine are like background noise in my head - they never really fully go away for me. Those who are able to control/choose/drop their special interests need to stop talking over and being ableist to those who can't. You are just doing rebranded cringe culture.

My Boundaries

Please go to the definitions page for any definitions.

I will automatically block people if I see any of the following things on people's blogs. I will block only if they are the person's current beliefs and behaviour - for past behaviour and beliefs I will normally not block but will judge on a case by case basis.

I normally go through my blocklist every 2-3 years and will unblock blogs if I feel that they no longer go against my boundaries.

This isn't a complete list.

Note: I spent a lot of my teen/young adult years in extremists ideology spaces. These were TIRF/radfem (age: 15-17), moral purity culture/puritanism (age: 16-20), and transmedicalism (age: 18-20). I have a lot of trauma surrounding these. If I so much as get a whiff of you supporting any of these, you will be blocked.

  • Any of my triggers - no, I am not listing these publicly (most times I will try to tag block or content block but if it continuously goes past the block censors, I will just block the blog)

  • Ask-[the characters/show/etc] blogs (im sorry but these blogs really annoy me and I find they hog up my favourite tags a lot)

  • Queerphobia (including terf/tehm, transmed/truscum, baeddel, transmisogynistics, transandrophobes, intersexism, acephobia/arophobia/aspec exclusionism, anti-mspec lesbians/gays, misgendering people you don't like, being against certain labels existence because of your "discourse opinions", rewrite label's definition for the purpose of excluding others from said label)

  • Ableism

  • Radfem & conservative ideology (including tirf, terf, baeddel, sex negativity/anti-sex positivity, anti-kink, anti-kink at pride, tory supporter)

  • Anti-[INSERT HERE]/Discourse Blogs

  • Fandom newbies who are loud but uneducated on fandom history and spout unlearnt conservative ideology

  • Any other extremist ideology/behaviours which leads to reactionary bigotry and radicalisation (including racism, antisemitism, send or promote sending harassment/death threats, calling people slurs (and yes this does include 'freak' when used as a derogatory - you are just being ableist and intersexist))

  • Supporting cringe culture

  • Against people learning and growing from past mistakes/wrongdoings and forever cancelling them even after they have changed

Fandom Old

Fandom Old doesn't mean an "old person" in fandom spaces; it means someone who has spent a long time in fandom spaces (usually over 10 years) and knows most (if not all) of fandom history, etiquette/behaviour, terminology, etc. An 30 year old who has been in fandom spaces from a teen is more fandom old than a 70 year old who has only been in fandom spaces for a year. When I was first introduced to fandom, I read fanfiction through watching "fanfiction stories" on youtube and reading fics from livejournal, dreamwidth, fanfiction.net, quotev, and wattpad, first on my grandparents laptop, then on my DSi browser (the only computer we had in mid 2009 was a Windows 98 PC since my family were poor). Almost all fanfictions had disclaimers stating that authors did not own any characters and to not sue them, and slash/LGBT+ fan content had disclaimers on warning that it contained LGBT+ themes so LGBT+phobes didn't harass the authors. I didn't join Tumblr until January 2013, AO3 until September 2013, or Fandom Twitter until 2015. I was there for the 2012 Fanfiction.Net purge and the 2018 Tumblr NSFW purge/ban.Back when I join fandom spaces it was essentially mainly consisted of neurodivergent (ND) people (with fandom being a space for ND and associated people to interact with their interests without being bullied or called cringey; outside fandom spaces/to neurotypicals™ (NT™), being in fandoms/having intense or childish interests was seen as cringey and weird). Newbies were expected to take a back seat and learn how to use and interact with fandom spaces before being loud in fandom. But that seemed to change when fandom became more mainstream and NT™ in 2016-2019. Please learn about fandom history before getting involved in fandoms - a lot has happened since early fandoms beginnings in the Star Trek days and you are not immune to the increasingly expanding conservative ideology in fandom spaces.

Definitions

  • BYF = Before You Follow

  • DNI = Do Not Interact

  • SpIn/Special Interest = an ASD (Autism) specific term that refers to extreme hyperfixations that take importance over any other interest that a person may have - it is ASD specific as it is part of the diagnostic criteria for ASD ("restricted interests"). These will also typically last longer than typical hyperfixations, with many having special interests for years to a lifetime. The main difference between special interests and hyperfixations is that special interests are used by autistic people to help understand the world around them - from helping with communication (scripting and echolalia) or making and connecting with friends (infodumping), to choosing it as a career; many autistics struggle to give up or change their special interest due to this nature as the special interest can feel like it is a part of them. Hyperfixations on the other hand are not as intense and whilst someone may be hyperfocused on it for days/weeks/years, they don't typically help the person understand the world around them, and they typically end when all information on the topic has been gathered/learnt. Neither special interests nor hyperfixations are chosen by the person, but hyperfixations are typically easier to give up due to special interests being more long lasting, extreme, and embedded than hyperfixations.

  • Cringe Culture = the culture of mocking interests that are seen as "cringey".

  • AGAB = Assigned Gender At Birth. Can be used by cis, trans, intersex, and non-intersex people. (AFAB = Assigned Female At Birth. AMAB = Assigned Male At Birth).

  • CAGAB = Coercively Assigned Gender At Birth. Should only be used about intersex people as it about intersex people who received forced sex reassignment surgery and/or medication (usually as babies/children) to make them "normal" by non-intersex standards. (CAFAB = Coercively Assigned Female At Birth. CAMAB = Coercively Assigned Male At Birth).

  • TMA = Transmisogyny Applied

  • TME = Transmisogyny Exempt

  • HRT = Hormone Replacement Therapy

  • Op = short for operation (gender reassignment surgery/surgeries)

  • GNC = Gender Non Conforming

  • Polyam = short for Polyamorous

  • Exorsexism = an alternative word for enbyphobia/anti-nonbinary bigotry.

  • TERF = Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist

  • TEHM = Trans Exclusionary Homosexual Man (seen as the gay man version of terf)

  • TIRF = Trans Inclusive Radical Feminist

  • Baeddel = short for Baeddelism. The term initially comes from an Old English slur which specically targetted intersex people and "effeminate [gnc] men" (which is believed to have meant who we now call transfeminine people). Later became used as the name for a trans separationist and extremist ideology. It was believed to have been started and originally headed by trans women (original movement was between 2013-2014), however more modern baeddelism seems to be headed more by those labelling themselves as TME or non-transfem in an attempt to 'white knight' for trans women. Main ideology is based around the view that transmisogyny is underdiscussed specifically because other trans people (usually transmascs) are taking up too much space in trans discussions. This typically leads to believing that transmisogyny is the only oppression trans people should focus on, and that trans women are the most or only oppressed group in the trans community (due to believing in oppression olympics), not believing that transandrophobia exists, and downplaying the oppression of exorsexism and intersexism as not being as bad as transmisogyny. Many call the oppression of transandrophobia, exorsexism, and intersexism as 'misdirected transmisogyny' instead of their actual oppression as a way to downplay them. They usually believe in AFAB privilege and that it has more importance over cis privilege. Many also believe transmisogyny can only be experienced by trans women and that AMAB nonbinary folks are TME, due to not being binary trans women. In the original movement, one of the main figureheads was accused of rape by another member; other members defended this figurehead and harassed the victim. At the start of 2022, popular baeddel blogger 'Transmisogyny-Explained' made a blocklist, where shey listed many transmasc bloggers under the guise that these bloggers were transmisogynistic - many of the transmasc bloggers listed were actually listed for talking about their experiences with other forms of transphobia (namingly transandrophobia) and transmascs who were just reblogging transmasc specific posts; this lead almost all of the people on the blocklist to be severely harassed, with some bloggers shutting down their accounts or attempting suicide. Baeddels have coined the slurs 'Transmisandry/Transandrophobia Truther' and 'Transandrophobia Fandom' (which they call people who say transandrophobia exists or talks about their experiences with transandrophobia) and the slur 'Sock' (which they say refers to transmisogynistic afab trans people, as typically an afab trans person's first packer is a sock, but has been used to refer to any non-transfem talking about their experiences with transphobia or intersexism); its also interesting to point out that the slur 'transandrophobia fandom' is based on the transphobic slur 'gender fandom' which was created by terfs. Also popularised the (formally used) slur 'Theyfabs' in 2022. Popularised the terms TMA/TME, as an attempt to shut down discussions about other forms of transphobia or intersexism. This movement formed from lesbian separationism, radfem/TIRF, and bio/gender essentialism beliefs. Transphobic (specifically transandrophobic and exorsexist) and intersexist by nature. Read this Medium article for the history of Baeddel ideology and why it is bad. Read this post for a comprehensive history on baeddel. Watch this video for more info. This Tumblr blog has documented what Baeddels have said in the past.

  • Transmed = short for Transmedicalism. A trans separationist and extremist ideology. It is typically associated with trans men, but other genders (trans and cis) can be transmeds too. Main ideology is that the only way to be trans is to experience gender dysphoria. Most also believe you must at least want or have had HRT/Op to be really trans. Trans transmeds typically do this by externalising their own internalised transphobia onto other trans people (usually attacking those who have pride in being trans or are gnc trans people e.g. a transmasc wearing skirts and dresses in public); cis transmeds do the same by pretending to be a 'white knight' and copying the trans transmeds actions. Victims of transmed harrassment are usually other trans men and enbies, but it isn’t exclusively to those either. A couple of the biggest figureheads are Blaire White and Kalvin Garrah (who harassed/supported his fans harassing trans people who either didn't pass or who were gnc, which lead to some trans people attemping or committing suicide). Transmeds coined the slurs 'Transtrender' (which they call any trans people who don't fit the transmed view of what being trans is) and 'Tranny Voice' (which they use to refer to transmasc's voices before going on T/HRT). Many believe nonbinary is a invalid trans identity or believe nonbinary people can only be agender and can only use they/them pronouns. Almost all are anti-mogai, anti-queer (usually says 'q slur' instead, even for self reclaiming purposes), anti-contrasting labels, and anti-micro labels. Some are also aphobic and/or ace and aro exclusionists. This movement formed from outdated scientific beliefs about transgenderism and trying to please cis people to avoid experiencing transphobia themselves. Many former transmeds have come out and said that transmedicalism messed them up regarding how the view not only other trans people, but also themselves, leading to usually needing years unpacking additional internalised transphobia and exorsexism that was directly caused by transmedicalism. Transphobic (specifically transandrophobic and exorsexist) by nature. Watch this video for the history of transgenderism and debunking transmedicalism. Watch this video for extra info. [Note: part of this is from my experiences of being a (now ex) transmed.]

  • Truscum = short for True Transsexual Scum. Same ideology as transmed, but this term can only be used by trans people.

  • Trumed = a mix of the words transmed and truscum. Same ideology as transmed.

  • Mid Support Needs

  • [Cane & Rollator User]

  • Typically those who are able to control/choose/drop their special interests are low support needs, and need to stop talking over and being ableist to higher support need individuals who can't. You are just doing rebranded cringe culture.
